This hotel is very near to the LiuHua Bus Station and also the Guangzhou Train Station. You just need to take overhead bridge (walk about 4-5 minutes) the hotel is just infront and next to Mc Donald. Very near to Wholesale area and is just opposite side 3 - 5 minutes walking. This Hotel provide Inhouse Computer use and also FREE INternet Surfing inside the room. Very Convinient.
The Water is smelly. Smell like Pipe water haven't purified yet. The staff at Dim Sum restaurant in the hotel is rude. Not well train enough. Around the hotel area there's only 1 restaurant available which you need to walk 5-10 minutes to reach. No good food also.
Overall this hotel is worth to stay. Very Convenient to anywhere especially for those who like shopping. If you feel hungry at night, you can just walk down nextdoor Mc Donald to buy some food. There's a corridor in the hotel which can direct you to one of the wholesale shopping mall. The staff are friendly and helpful too.
Shopping Tip : Alot of shopping mall around. But be careful of the material and quality that you buy. One thing no good is alot of people like to spit around. Becareful.

A separate shower compartment in a bath room and a bath tub. Amenities, they provide everything you need. I got an executive 8th floor, thanks to Agoda arrangement with the hotel management, I assume.
There is no good restaurants around the hotel. Not convenient.
Although location of the hotel is not convenient since there are no restaurants around the hotel other than McDonald which locates in the same building, the room I stayed was clean and everything I needed was provided in the room. Front clerks can be more cheerful,no smile on their faces, but maybe can not expect that since they are still in socialist country. Chinese restaurant where I eat dinner every night serves good tasty food with very helpful staff and waitresses.
Restaurant Tip : There is no restaurants around the hotel except for McDonald which is located in the same building where the hotel is. Across the street, though you need to take a underpath, pretty long one, to get to Guangzhou station and you can find local restaurants and KFC. There is no night life around the hotel.

Great location, massive rooms, clean and neat close to all the best wholesale shops
dirty carpets, very smelly sewer smell coming from bath room
all in all a good pleasant stay, apart from smell, the price and location is good for me as I am in the garment trade and we would definetley stay again
Travel tip : great wholesale markets nearby within a 2-5 minute walk
