the room was great and so big with 2 bathroom

the location is bad

the hotel services is good and i like the room because it was very big with two bathroom but its little bit fare from the centre and the location i didint like and they have a very nice kareoke night the breakfast is not bad but we missed the cheese from the buffet and the room service are very good .

its not 5 stars hotel as agoda sales,its 4 stars Guest Rating: 2.3

nothing i liked ,the oposite ! i made 2 diferent resrvation ,i checked out after the first night and moved to another hotel

its far from city center ,isolated ,the room are poor as well,the staff hardly speek english

Very disappointed with the Mandarin Hotel Guangzhou China.

very dirty bathrooms..no carpets in the rooms.. no mini bar in the room, and the smell of the room was so awful -hall ways so dark poor lighting - terrible expercience - this hotel is not even a 4 star it should be degraded to a 2 or 3 star.

NEAR the railway station

Name is confusing. There is an open sewage drain in front of the hotel. The staff is very raw. Takes hours to check in. Language is a major problem in the hotel.

Everyone from the Taxi Driver to the Railway Officer call it a cheap hotel. Executive floor is the best one. Other floors are seedy. Breakfast is just OK.It is trying to become a good hotel but it has a long way to go. It took me one hour to get a deluxe room for which I paid Agoda. They kept giving me a standard room. Bathrooms are a ted too small. You have to come out and dry yourself.

location close to east rail station friendly staff

breakfast is not really for western guests problems of getting taxi

After check in and going to the room, I found the bed as jsut too short for me and the room had nearly no furniture. Very disappointed I went back down to reception and complained. I got a free upgrade to a suite. That was a beautiful room and nice bed with all amenities you expect for that jind of hotel. Roomservice was fast. Only the wake up call did not happen and the breakfast was disappointing. mot really a western style breakfast.

Staffs have great services and helpful.

No restaurants around the Hotel

It's good choice of staying but a bit far from the public transport. We must take a car to the shopping center and subway. The room is very clean. The staffs are helpful and they can speak English very well.

The hotel is grand with all the features and decorations. Clean and pleasant. The staff are polite, efficient and helpful. Within walking distance to shopping places and restaurant. Public transport is available.The smiling faces of the staff make you feel so welcome. The room is spacious, facilities provided in the room are sufficient. Room is clean and neat.
