Service could be much better...
When I check in, nobody seemed like didn't seeing me. I wait for a long time. Besides, the room is good for me. I can't argue it's good location.

Clean and tidy hotel- a bit noisy due to building works on upper floors. Could not book room with breakfast through Agoda so asked at the hotel to add it for a fee but was refused access to restaurant!! Ridiculous.
Restaurant Tip : Try turkish restaurant behind La perle shops/world trade centre. Good food and Service.

The hotel nice and cleAn most of the staff do not speak English which is normal in china. I stay almost 10 days there and everytime extend my stay in there they never have
my Boucher. And I need to go the business center to open my email and print it and they charge you 4 Dedham I'm really upset me. The management in there they are so so they can't make different between the guest they staying 1 night or a long stay. Why is like that? anyway I apreciate your service and I hope I can use in your service in the future. Thank you and have a good day

Stylish Lobby.
Business room are very beautiful.
View from 27th floor restaurent is very beautiful.
Indian restaurent is in next building.
No free internet.
Standard room are same like 2 star hotels.
This is good choice for the traveller of 4* hotels specialy for the Indian vegetarians, near 3 minutes walk have Indain restaurnt so food is no worry. And hotel is near famous Garden hotel so easily accessable.
Value for money if you get business room, but if you stay in this hotel standard room, it is no worth.
Restaurant Tip : For Indian food it is best choice because the punjabi Indian restaurent is very near.

Convenient location, friendly staff, affordable price, good service.
The room rates that I paid does not cover internet service, I had to pay separately for internet access in the room.
The hotel is in good condition for a 4 star hotel, rooms are generally well maintained, room service is always prompt and done properly. I don't mind paying a few more dollars for the Agoda room rates to include the internet access (as long as it's not more than 50 yuan per day the hotel charges). The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful.

The business class room is very nicely upgraded and the service was great. The people there was very helpfull.
There was nothing that I disliked.
Upgrade to the business room, it is much better than the regular rooms. The breakfast there is great and very nice view of the city. The people in the front is very nice to answer any questions and help you find where to go. The hotel is very new and upgraded, very comfortable atmosphere and convinent to local restaurants and nightlife fun. I will be sure the next time I will stay here again and recommend other to stay here as well.
Nightlife Tip : There is lot of bar and clubs nearby the hotel.

We are very pleased to its Hotel Ocean. All you need for shopping, work or leisure, there are close to this hotel. We were in the room - a business, we settled on the 25 floor and the window was a great view from the window which was certainly a pleasure. Of course, if we will come to Canton again, we will choose this hotel, but expensive room for the price. Breakfasts were very good and service at the hotel are very high. The price I booked the hotel room US$55 inlcuding service charge is almost fair but not more than that. The hotel offers no other amenities that would justify higher price. The front reception although trying to be helpful has a mechanical feeling to it instead of real hospitality.
Shopping Tip : Excellent shopping mall near by or in walking distance.
