location of surrounding goods, and very clean, no cloth couches to gather stuff.

Light on english,and willingness to help things be nicer. no different than most chinese hotels. WHile the fair is in town, sock it to them should be their attitude.

This is a very clean, polished and attractive hotel. The concierge boys were very helpful to always open the 20 foot tall doors for ya. They also were good to get you a taxi, as it is such a busy corner on the street, that it is a fend for yourself type atmosphere. You can go outside any time of the day, and be a people watcher. There is very many computer stores around and it seems to be the young happening crowd of china, making their dreams come true. Mcdonalds on lower level also makes it more nice..

nice location, with plenty of extras close.

cost of extras, bed was expensive. Lots of construction that started early and went late. need more accomedations in hotel floors.

Overall this was a very nice hotel. at a 4 star hotel, this was more clean than most 5 stars. I think it is only a 4 because, there wasnt a gym, massage, or any extras like that. The outside of the hotel is also very attractive, it has lots of granite and lights that realy stand out as you are walking down the street. If you are a westerner, there is a mcdonalds on first floor outside the lobby, that makes it nice.

A great clean room, with a good view. Strategic position of the hotel at the centre of a bustling area. Mc D's on the first floor. Extremely polite staff.

Language; as in even the concierge does not understand English. Food - no appreciable choice in the room service menu for the international traveler..!

I would be back at the same hotel due to the simple fact that the staff were more than helpful, although they could not understand us very well. The hotel being at the centre of Guangzhou makes it easily accessible and makes you feel safe at any hours of the evening. However, if the hotel could improve on food, I am sure it would be even better!

Restaurant Tip : Mc donalds on the first floor makes life easier for any travelers in regards to dining. K!

The President Hotel is adjacent to the biggest computer market in China and opposite the Guangzhou Entertainment Center. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to a busy commercial street and shopping district. The Guangzhou East Railway Station (HongKong-Guangzhou) is also very close to this hotel.
