the room is quite cosy, clean and well designed.
when I mention the hotel name to the taxi driver (even when i mention it in chinese language), no body knows about the hotel. it's very troublesome!!!
the location is very far from the city centre. It takes 45 mins by taxi, and you need to spend about 130 yuan to get to the city. So it's not right choice to stay for people who need to do business in the guangzhou city centre. Like me I spend 500 yuan every day for taxi only to go to the city.

Right across the airport - great if you need to catch the flight next day. Superb decor and comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom had a walk-in shower and a bath.
Breakfast buffet had a large selection of Chinese, Japanese/Asian & Western food.
Quite far from the city and pricy to get in. Better stay somewhere else if you want to explore the city.
Helpful staff but not too pushy like other Chinese hotel. Good hotel if you only have a transit night as it is across the airport.

Access to Guangzhou airport is very convinient. The facility is new, clean and very modern. The beds mattress and bedding linen are excellent.
Attitudes of the restaurants staff and some manager classed staff
Access to Guangzhou airport is very convinient. The facility is new, clean and very modern. The beds mattress and bedding linen are excellent. These are adapted to an international/western cultured guest.
However, the restaurants staff and some manager classed staff, their services quality are not adapted to an internationl staying guest. They are very Chinese way to serving to guests and felt very impolite to the customers.
It's offending and am very regret that this happened at Novotel hotel group
