Great location, nice and comfy room
I couldn't find any weakness
The hotel is right next to the airport, a great and convenient location.The people at the front desk and at the lobby are very friendly. We had a very nice conversation. I like the gym or fitness centre, very well and quality equipped. The room was very clean and well maintained, especially the towels like brand new. The interior design and decoration is very stylish, you can tell it is not a domestic management and ownership. There is a shuttle cart service from the hotel to the airport entrance on the second floor,very thoughtful.
Hotel Feature Tip : Very nice quality slippers, I took and used them for my next stay at another hotel on the same trip as they were good quality and comfy.

the girl at the check out in the morning on level 6... she was a bit clueless.... with bad english...
also needs clear sign posts from the arrivals hall, as i couldnt find it at first..
fantastic location, value for money, very good service, good facilties. perfect for an overnight stay if catching an early flight. i would definatly stay here again, and infact look forward to staying on my return flight. if ur looking for a comfy room with comfy pillows and luxury all in the vicinity of the airport, then this is the place.

Very clean, excellent room service menu, reliable high-speed internet, good views, very convenient for travellers, courteous and helpful staff
Hung do not disturb on door but staff knocked and woke me up anyway
All in all this was a very positive experience. The hotel is very convenient for travellers from the Guangzhou international airport. The room service menu had a wide variety and the food was delicious. The bed was very comforatable and I had no trouble falling asleep. The staff was helpful and spoke English very well. If I return to Guangzhou I would be happy to stay there again.
