Great service, room is clean, beautiful decoration, comfortable bed
food need to be improve, should have smoking zone or smoking room. the room has strong cigarette smell.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to other friends. Staffs are friendly and helpful and they can speak english better than other hotels. Convenient for hotel free shuttle to the fair and great schedule.
breakfast is variety but taste still need to be improved more. If you are non-smoker, it is important to request for non-smoking room, otherwise you will get a room with strong cigarette smell

Cable TV should be more international channels.
It was great to stay at Ramanda hotel. Rooms were nice and staff were helpful Excellent value for money. The facilities are very new and easy to access. The best thing They have free computer and internet in each room. The mattress was comfortable. I slept very well.
