Great service, room is clean, beautiful decoration, comfortable bed

food need to be improve, should have smoking zone or smoking room. the room has strong cigarette smell.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel to other friends. Staffs are friendly and helpful and they can speak english better than other hotels. Convenient for hotel free shuttle to the fair and great schedule. breakfast is variety but taste still need to be improved more. If you are non-smoker, it is important to request for non-smoking room, otherwise you will get a room with strong cigarette smell

Absolutely come back again! Guest Rating: 8.7

new, great online price for canton fair

a bit more english for a couple of employees

new hotel, and a great value with agoda for canton fair rates, much cheaper than then the hotel's online site, and other online sites. Again, for canton fair excellent value, but be sure to get a bit early as these rates sell out

Close proximity to Pazou Fair and railway station Deluxe Room was excellent Cater to english tastes Front Lobby staff service excellent

Far from mrt and shopping - 10 min ride by taxi Restaurant staff not friendly and attentive No good restaurants or shopping by walking distance

The hotel is best i have stayed in China. It caters to english tastes such as room and restaurants. Very close to pazou fair complex and railway station by car. The service was generally excellent except for the buffet restaurant for breakfast, which was just fair might be due to volume of business guests.

Shopping Tip : To connect to the mrt system, take a taxi to the gateway mall under 20 rmb approx 10 min.

very new, nice design

far away from commercial extablishments

I was given an upgraded room complete with computer and internet, a great deal. The restaurants next door offer shechun food, cantonese food and shanghai food. It is very near to the pazhou exhibit center, which is the main purpose of the trip. It has a band singing in the night. Aside from that, there is not other night live in the area.

Clean and spacious room, fancy interior, nice swimming pool, real "Five Star" class staff,

Pretty far from station

As I stated above, this is one of the best hotels in Guangzhou, especially if considering the price. Just one point, you should take a taxi to access to the hotel from the station. The way is pretty complicated, and what you see around the way is not pleasant. Catching a taxi sometimes takes much longer as not so many taxies run on the road in flont of the hotel. If you get this point, this hotel is very comfortable.

Hotel Feature Tip : The pool is big and nice!

Spacious quality accommodation, Near East Railway and subway station

Even though train station is across the road, it is a busy highway with no crossings and so very dangerous to cross. Traffic lights would make it safe and convenient.

The 5 star rating is well justified as the hotel provides real comfort and a satisfying experience. The room is of a good size and has a reasonable outlook and the bathroom is clean and modern. There are several reasonable restaurants in and near the hotel as well as a Kareoke. While the train and subway stations are "close" you need a reasonably long taxi ride to get there. It was good to experience the 5 star standard after the various mixed standard hotels.

+ Feree Internet + English speaker + Clean

- Not real nonsmoking floors

The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is helpfule and speaks good english. The distance from the trainstation is faher as you think wan you arive the taxi need to drive around the station to gett thear. In bussy times is it not so easy to get a taxi in the hotel bud the staff will help you.

Restaurant Tip : PizzaHut is not delivering to the hotel you shud call PAPAJONES thay deliver.

Very helpful staff. Room was very clean and modern.

Price. Checking in took a long time.

The hotel was excellent. We received very good service from both the front desk and at the hotel bar. Staff were more than happy to help answer any questions and many of the staff spoke good English. The hotel was quite and luxurious. The hotel was a short cab ride from many nice areas in the city. I would stay there again.

Good rooms, Good service, Good location

I'd like som tea instead of coffee in the room compliments, but I could have asked for it though

The hotel location is perfect. Across the main highway both the metro and the railway are situated. Next to the hotel there are 2 reasonably priced restaurants, and in the metro station area at least 10 more and a shopping mall. So I guess the other guest who wrote the review about restaurants never bothered to leave the room at all. The staff were friendly and doing their best for your pleasure. Still keep in mind you are in China, so as a guest don't expect everyone to speak fluent English, still they are willing to help you to their best ability. If you like large beds, at least after European standards, this is the place to stay in... Rooms are modern and in the premium zone all the features of a mini office are available. Wifi in the lobby as well as business center. All in all a hotel worth staying at. Highly recommended.

Nice bathroom and free internet.

A little old and probably needs a full refurbishment, but still acceptable. Room service didn't really understand my request and instead of a amercian cheese hamburger I got a ham and cheese sandwich!

Conveniently located to our client's office, but not really a hotel geared for Western visitors. Meets all the basic requirements of a good hotel. The breakfast was mostly Chinese food with some Western food like bacon and eggs. The omelete was good! Make sure you print out the name of the hotel in Chinese to show to the taxi driver or else you might not get there! I would probably stay there again if in the area.

Very nice rooms, near East Railway Stn,

no shops or restaurants within walking distance

the Ramada Plaza Guangzhou is a very nice hotel which is near East Railway station. The rooms are big, nice, and clean. The internet connection is fast and free. Breakfast is good although not free. The english speaking staff are very efficient and friendly. One thing i don't like about hotel is the absence of places to eat within walking distance. YOu have to ride a taxi to get to one.
