This is a nice hotel to stay around Guangzhou!
best location, trains to HK , Shenzhen and metro to everywhere

My mom and I stayed here for travelling the city and its location might be the best in the city.
I took the last train from HK and we got there almost 11pm but this hotel connects right into the station so we didn't have to take a taxi or get scared to be the first time in Guangzhou. We also went to Shenzhen and took the train which was right next to the Shanshui Trends Hotel. Shopping places and supermarkets are located in a few steps from the hotel. It is not the 5-star hotel but if you are looking for a convinient place to stay in the city, This might be the best choice. I will chose this hotel whenever I visit there. Awesome!

Nice and compact hotel located inside the Guangzhou East Railway Station, and also with a wide variety of eating places nearby. Easy for taking trains . Room quite comfortable with all necessary facilities , room and counter services are quite efficient. However, may not be easy for taxi driver to locate as most don't seem to know the hotel location. Recommended if you intend to take trains to outlying towns and cities.

The location of the hotel is good and located within the Guangzhou east train station complex which linked with subway and bus/ taxi station. I found it very convenient for me to reach any interesting place in Guangzhou. The room is clean but there were no ice box and safe box in the room which I think a standard 3 star hotel should be provided.

This iss the second time I stayed there. Very convenient in the train station and accessible to subways and taxis. Lots of intersting rooms, this time it was a little Japanese style with beds on the floor. Good for traveling up from Shenzhen or when you arrive too late for the last train back.

Stay before in normal room.Romantic Trends room is worst.Room was in poor condition, not for the extra money spend.Location was very close to metro and railroad to shenzhen and HK.

Air-Cond is working, Hot water shower is working, not much choices of Chinese Restaurant available around the Train Station

the room check in process is smooth and fast (if you can speak in mandarin) and as well as the check out process. not much services is being offered around the vicinity like:- spa, massage, mobile phone shop. but there is jusco supermarket & departmental store just next to the staircase down to lrt station and is over your right.
Shopping Tip:
Not much to shop for gadget, cloth, art, Food. Only have REAL KUNG FU AIR-COND FAST FOOD, KFC.

this is the best location hotel if you are coming from hk via train. you don't even need to step outside the station to walk into the hotel. its within the same building. price is acceptable with the sizable rooms for a family with young childrens. a few fastfood chains are available right outside the hotel. a mall is just right across the street. hence, there's no problem getting a meal. trains are just underneath the hotel. so going to places is a bliss.
cons : no wifi, boiler in the room is very dirty and old. in the early morning it tends to get very noisy from the taxi's horns.

The hotel rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the service is good. Only complain is the lighting, makes the room look dim all the time. The hotel is right beside the mrt, train station, a nice mall and many eating places. I would highly recommend it if you are a traveler on a tight budget. You will find it of good value for money.
