Our sole purpose in Guangzhou was to visit the Bridal Street.. thank goodness it was steps away from the hotel giving us the convenience to walk there.. :) it was also very close to the suubway and there are lots of restaurants nearby including some in the plaza itself.. the hotel room is very decent and clean. There is no internet connection in the hotel only in the business centre, however there's a cybercafe abt 15 mins away from the hotel..
For a China hotel it's slightly pricey..
The map shown on agoda website would've been more helpful if it wrote the chinese name and address of the hotel.. we had difficulty finding the hotel as we mistook the name of another plaza that was stated near the hotel on the map.
All in all if ur going to hunt for bridal wears/evening gowns at the Guangzhou's bridal street, this would be the best possible place to stay in.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Bridal street is steps away from the hotel. It took us 1 and a half days to browse through ALL the shops looking for bridesmaid dress and evening wears.. if ur a bride looking for bridal gowns... u'll need 2 more days to be safe.. they offer alteration service for free.. u'll be SOOO spoilt with choices there, and the dresses are VERY affordable and great designs... do BARGAIN! dresses ranges 130rmb - 2000rmb(or more)... have fun shopping!
