The lobby was decent , bell boy attentive and helpful . Front desk check in was quite efficient . No language problem . Free internet access in room .

We had a studio room . The size is decent but it felt like a 3* motel . The floor was cheap lamination . The bathroom had cheap tiles and shower .The towels looks like it has been worn out . The bed was so hard atlhough the linens were clean .The restaurant did not have good breakfast . I was very disappointed that a place managed by Ascott turned out like this . I have stayed at Ascott in Beijing , Somerset in Shangahi and Dalian so i thought this should be ok . Definitely not value for money and i won't recommend this to anyone who has expects something better from Ascott Group . I know that Springdale will not be of Ascott's standard but this was really such a huge disappointment .

I will not book to stay there again nor will i recommend this to anyone

Cleanliness Helpful staff - produced a Google map printout whenever we asked for directions and translated address etc into Chinese to show the taxi driver if there was not a metro stop near it.

The apartment had everything one needed to live there let alone stay for a short holiday including a mini dishwasher. A huge amount of wardrobe space with ample hangers (we usually have to ask hotel housekeeping for more) and two enormous lcd tv screens for the lounge and bedroom with full cable access. Being a few minutes from an excellent metro system it was easy to get to most areas very cheaply but taxi were not expensive by Western standards. There was a small restaurant where a simple but sufficient breakfast was served and an inexpensive room service menu for those who did not wish to eat out or cook in their own apartment.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Guangzhou is spread out so if you want to explore a metro card is the easiest way. You can recover all unused value less a small commission and it avoids delays queuing for tickets.

The location was very good and the rooms were nice and clean. It was nice to have a washer machine in the room.

The breakfast could contain more choices.

Nice appartment hotel at superb location in Guangzhou. The room was very nice with a complete kitchen and washer machine. Staff was very kind and were glad to help with road descriptions. Really rekommend a japanese grill restaurant just a cross the street in victory plaza.

The staff is very friendly, check-out time is 2 pm when it is saved. The rooms are not on the laundry and dry with a kitchen, and the hotel has a relaxed sense of home味WAEMASHITA different.

The area of this condo-hotel is also the location of many foreign companies, in Guangzhou in a shopping mall there is a large square at Yoshi Akira, one of the biggest shopping mall Tianhe castle in a local department store Since there is a very convenient area. This ease of shopping malls in ChinaWe recommend that you. Most can also walk around the hotel which is acting in 10 minutes. The hotel had a laundry and kitchen with an expression so condominiums. Hotel stay and a general feeling of relaxation can味U a different home that is perfect for business trips in the family.

Restaurant Tip : And leave the hotel, Chinese restaurant around the corner, never mind the Japanese food, Italian, Thai, Korean, Indian food, Starbucks, McDonald's, Kentucky, and enjoy a meal HAGENDATTSU.
