Staff service is good & reasonably clean hotel
Good Dimsum restaurant on level 2 & room rate is acceptable

when we requested to have a non smoking room, the manage came and upgraded is to a mini suite. it has good view and was a very comfortable room.

also closer to mtr(metro ) stations , helps to access other locations

Neat hotel, poor breakfast

The staff spoke poor English, but that is not unusual in China. Breakfast contains of tastless Chinese food and almost uneatable bread. The Internet connection was only available at the lobby and was very slow.

very central location. friendly staff. the staff was very kind in helping us get taxis and making sure that they were legit. there are food and salon nearby too. easy to get around and value for money.

it is lovely hotel very close to bus stop and trainestation also very close to food streetit it is nice plase it is clos to barrs night clubs so many shops around it

Do not stay at 12th floor, the corridors and rooms have patches of molds and strong musty smell in room. Luckily, the hotel allowed us to move to another room, located at 8th floor and the room is OK. And, we were lucky to move to 8th floor as the lift broke down on the next day and we only needed to walk up/down 8 levels of stairs instead of 12. It took more than half a day for the hotel to fix the lift.
Also, there are 2 types of Deluxe room. The one with sofa corner as you can see from the hotel website and agoda website, is limited. We were given the other type that looks like the Executive Twin instead. When I asked the staff why the room looks different from the one shown on their website, I was told that those Deluxe rooms with sofa corner are for "Foreigner" - (she meant non-asian-looking foreigner). Realizing that she has made a wrong reply, she added that because those rooms are near to the main road and quite noisy, and, most of the "Foreigner" do not mind the noise and thus, the hotel usually allocates those rooms to them. ....I am sorry but I have to tell this here. So, future customers of this hotel, please beware of this if you would like to book a Deluxe room.
But anyway, I am grateful that the hotel allowed me to change the room, from the musty 12th floor to the clean 8th floor.

friendly hotel and service with smile

the counter staffs are friendly and also very helpful. the room is very big and also clean. walking distance to one link shopping centre (less than 5 mins walk), opposite hotel are shoe wholesellers, for those who love to collect shoes, great place to stay with

the counter staff are helpful and friendly, the room is big and clean. walking distance to one link shopping centre and also not too far to shang xia jiu. the cafe served very nice coffee but very costly rmb 30 per cup. the breakfast only limited choices.

very far to shopping place , this trip for me is biz trip , next i still will stay there , coz transport easy to take.

Clean room and good location
room is clean, near One Link Plaza, staff can speak English and willingness to help

Room is clean and have many facilities equipment but no refrigerator.
Staff are willingness to help and can speak English (someone).
Location is nice to shopping. It near One Link plaza and shoes, flower, toy wholesale.
Walk around 3-5 minutes to subway (hotel is middle between 2 station).
Scant restaurant but can walk to 7-11 about 2 minutes.
