I have always admire my stay at Garden hotel, the service there is superb, and the atmosphere is very condusive that sometimes I forgot check out date. The location is splendid, easy to access the city from the location. But the most disappointing thing is the portas constant hassing for tips. Giving tip is not bad, but the portas there now feel it is composery that customer deliver tip after each duty they perform.

its week english languge , the facilites closed early .( lobby - health club , ect. the room which we booked its not 5 star . they offer us normal room for the peaple book on line or throu agents .
yhe hotel have 2 section - one good and the other which they gave us the room is not good .
IM NOT SATISFIED - I CHANGE THE HOTEL DIRECTLY .

Everything you need under one roof. Got to check-in late on the evening. Check-in was so easy and the staff so helpful. When i got to my room i had been upgraded which was a nice surprise. The rooms are large and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. So many restaurants and bars within the hotel you are spoilt for choice. Have stayed there 3 times now and will be back again.
Restaurant Tip : Great mexican BBQ restaurant opposite. All you can eat. GREAT.
