The only thing that kept me calm, was that we payed less then other complaining guests at that time. 5 This was my 3 visit to this hotel, the last time was in 2009. I would say 2009 i got value for my money and was pleases with the service level. Now in 2013 i would say that the hotel has dropped down to 3 star, where the staffs english is poor, they don't know the meaning of 5 stars, the buffet is a rip-off (dinner buffet 375RMB for = truckers meal, that you can visit at any motor highway gas station). If you go on the top floor buffet; they will rip you for a 750 RMB that is possible worth 375RMB. Stay away; either go to a cheap 3 star hotel, or pay the price for something better. Garden hotel; is a total disappointment.
