People kindness, Room is so clean, some of the reception can speak English, the facilities and the services are so good.
some taxi drivers don't know the hotel which where is it?
resting at Warm Yes Business Hotel is so cool. It's near the Pazhou Exhibition hall, it use the time to transport not to much and can go to other travel place so easy by subway or taxi. The room is clean, the facilities is comfortable. the 2rd floor has Mcdonal but the staff of Mcdonal cannot speak english as same as the KFC staff near by the hotel.

Organised Bus Transport to and from the Exhibition Hall was a big Plus point.
The hotel needs a complete facelift.
This hotel is less than 10 minutes from the Exhibition Halls with its own transport. The staff were friendly with limited, but enough English. The hotel is really for the business traveller. The bedroom is adequate but you don't want to spend a lot of time in it. The bed is very hard. Dinner and Breakfast were pretty good with very willing staff trying to please.

When I arrived at the Warm Yes Hotel, I was doubtful that I had made the right move booking it over the internet, Inside, the staff were warm and friendly and when I was shown to my room, overall I was pleased. I had a problem with some of the electrics in the room, but when I notified reception, housekeeping was there is seconds to sort out the problem. The only real complaint was the bed was very hard. I am used to hard beds in China, but this was the hardest. Breakfast was good and the complimentary fruit bowl in the evenings, at the lift, was a nice touch. It was also very handy to the underground rail system which was so easy to use. All in all - a happy punter.

clea, excellent serive, good breakfast, internet included, close to the train.
the room was very cean, the servie was excellent, everytime i had a question they help me, even gave me maps and someone personally show me which ways to go.
