The hotel was comfortable and the service was pleasant. However, there isn't too much around the hotel to do. Taking a cab is not difficult though!

Relatively new hotel but poor location

The Yuwa hotel is operated by Japanese company, the room are new but it is far beyond the standard of a hotel managed by Japanese. The toilet is smelly, it happens to many hotel in China but I expect this should not occur here, but it is not the case. The bad smell is hard to tolerate. The location is not good. I do not recommend this hotel if you have a higher budget.

Good, Clean Hotel
Being a single woman traveller, the hotel gave me a Ladies Room which is near the lift access and had women's amenities in the bathroom.

There is a coffee place just round the corner from the hotel and a convenience store beside it. When I needed to top up the balance on my pre-paid card, the hotel's English speaking staff helped me and went with me to the convenience store to make the payments. It was a great help. I ordered room service and it was good. I had the fried rice. Since my luggage was delayed, I did not have any clean clothes so I slipped into the bathrobe which was comfy and clean.

A Japanese-style hotel

This hotel is a surprise to me as I am impressed by its excellent service and Japanese-style. My room has a great view overlooking the sports ground. The room service is also satisfactory. As mentioned in previous comments, the staff is very helpful in helping you to get a taxi. But still the location might not be that convenient even though it's supposed to be near the train station

Is quite confusing when i first get to the hotel, because they have the 2 reception area , one for hotel registration the other for apartments. Carpart location is confusing too.

the hotel is very close to a lot of restaurant and also convinient shop, i can get my cell phone credit top up by walk out from the hotel main door. and the restaurents beside the hotel are not bad.

Clean and tidy. Easy to get a cab, just 5 mins drive from Guangzhou East. Staffs are polite and friendly. Enjoyed my stay there very much! Bed is comfortable. Glass window of the bathroom makes the room looks more spacious and modern. Clever design!
