The room is clean and tidy . The room and public area can have wifi internet access. The hotel and room also have modern design. If you drive and park the car in their undergrond parking, i suggest you off load the passengers before drive into parking. The lift is terrible which need the staff get in and open the door in underground.

The hotel was newly renovated and clean. In the room there was free wifi service even without a password (no problems in connecting).I didn't try the breakfast as I left early in the morning.
The personnel at the reception speaks English and are very polite(and they also have a counter especially for Japanese speaking).
The price is good for this hotel.

staff are friendly and helpful, location a bit far from station, but you can get taxi everywhere

when we first entered the room, there are some small pieces of biscuits left on the floor near the bed. for a business room, I expect armchairs or a working desk, but there are only a small table put on a bay window and not even any cushions for sitting. breakfast provides Japanese, Chinese and few western style, or you can try coffee shop next store. both are good.
Restaurant Tip:
costa coffee and family mart just next to the hotel are very convenient. wifi provided in every room, good reception.
