Solo travelers United States of America, May 10, 2013	Inexpensive, spartan accommodations, value for $ Inexpensive, spartan accommodations so value for $, near Sun Yat Sen University, inexpensive restaurants nearby 6.7 Stay was ok. 1st room on 31st (top) floor had mosquitoes. It had rained heavily for a few days before. The mosquitoes must be breeding in water on roof.(?) Changed room to 6th floor. Much better. Staff does not speak much English. It is very helpful if you can speak Chinese. I like the inexpensive spartan accommodations. You get what you pay for, so do not expect luxury.

Anyway, I think it's not a hotel. I look like dormitory. In addition, the service is very bad. Some rooms are dirty and stinky. I think this hostel is good for anyone who wanna save your budget and don't care about the condition of the room. If you want to stay in convenience room, you are better to look for other hotels. This hostel is good for parent who wanna visit their childs studying at Sun Yat Sen University.

Near Sun Yat Sen University 5.3 i've stayed here many times over the last 3 years. it is bare bones, cheap accommodations. and i like it. the rental office is across the street from the 30 story building. building is near sun yat sen university north gate. plenty of good cheap restaurants that cater to college students. 20 minute walk from lujiang subway stop. it is spartan. you get what you pay for.
