We were disappointed that this hotel was fairly inconvenient for accessing most parts of Guilin, as the local taxi drivers can be quite rude and overcharge for the trip into the town centre. Make sure you take the hotel's business card in order to get back - taxi drivers won't speak English and so communication can be hard without any knowledge of Chinese.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The night markets along Zhongshan Rd are worth checking out - starting from 7pm along the western side of the street.
