We were disappointed that this hotel was fairly inconvenient for accessing most parts of Guilin, as the local taxi drivers can be quite rude and overcharge for the trip into the town centre. Make sure you take the hotel's business card in order to get back - taxi drivers won't speak English and so communication can be hard without any knowledge of Chinese.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The night markets along Zhongshan Rd are worth checking out - starting from 7pm along the western side of the street.

Beautiful portion of the price of the room

Far from the city

A considerable distance from the city from the airport limousine bus, and even more in a taxi takes considerable time. The local people (taxi driver who agents), even as some people do not know. Map information is wrong, so I do not believe that. Is significant because outskirts of town. From the room and a better price. According to the agency, saying the Japanese were mostly not available.
