Near to shops. Convenient to find foods and also suitable for those like to do shopping. Buses and taxi are easy to get in this area.Cheap room rate.
The room furniture and interior design are old. All the receptionist are speaking little english. Corridor outside the room is not bright enough.
Well, I will not say stay away from this hotel. I rather say its suitable for those who didn't expect much. Its just the things inside are a bit old. And of course, the basic facilities are have in the room.

noisy due to proximity to railway station, hotel is very old and needs upgrade.
The hotel is just across the road from the Guilin railway station which is handy if you are catching the train in from elsewhere. However, due to it's proximity to railway,it is rather noisy. The room was quite cramped and the bed linen did not look fresh. The rooms are fairly old and need refurbishment. However it is handy to the shopping areas.
