Ms. Lu, one of the hotel's managers, was extremely friendly in helping me book tours. The staff are pretty friendly.

Housekeeping, while gernerally fine, didn't seem to be too thorough in fully cleaning bathroom--as in proper disinfecting/sanitizing.

The lobby is comfortable & spacious. There're a couple of restaurant choices in the hotel. This hotel sits right on a beautiful lake. The hotel concierge has access to a couple of wonderful tours. The original room I booked was below par--dated and worn furniture, some sloppy room details. They accomodated me in inquiring for another choice. Although not in the center of the city hub, the hotel was still accessible to decent city/local life not overwrought with pricey tourist stores. Plenty of taxi's were also at hand from the hotel, and didn't cost much to go into the actual tourist-y parts of the city. The hotel has both a Chinese restaurant (with a great Chinese buffet breakfast), and a restaurant that has Western menu choices.

Hotel Feature Tip : Take a lovely stroll around the lake outside the hotel--under some of the bridges you can hear/see live musicians/singers playing flute,stringed instruments, etc. It was a great discovery for me on the moring of my departure.......
