Great Staff here. Their computer facilities for printing were minimal (dot-matrix) but the hotel worker on the pc gladly put her work aside and made sure my pages came out correctly. Desk staff also cared about trying to find out where my destination park was and also held our bags while I toured Xian after I checked out. The hotel is a left turn out from the Bus Station and on the right after a 8 minute walk. Beware. The main street is flooded with solicitors. Travel agents, train tickets, tours, other hotels etc. The hotel was a nice escape from tourist-ridden Guilin.

Great In Hotel Food.
