Front desk customer service is slow
this s my first trip to Hangzhou.the hotel's location is good. city centre. very convenient for a foreign traveller.

this is my first time travelling to hangzhou. fren recommended this hotel to me as the location are right in the city centre. very convenient to catch public transport.

If you do not speak a little bit of Chinese it might be a little difficult, but very friendly staff
When I arrived at the Braim Seasons Hotel, it was almost 11pm, and the staff at the front desk could not speak English! But between my few words in Chinese and their friendliness it was not a problem. The hotel is very well look after, only 10 minutes walk from yhe West Lake. It is situated in a very busy part of Hanzhou. You can hire a bike directly from the hotel

Hard to find someone to speak English. If you can not speak a little bit of Chinese, not very easy!
No 24 hour room service
The Braim Seasons Hotel is a very well looked after Hotel. It is located in a very busy and interesting part of Hanzhou. The room are well equipped, with satellite TV and very powerful internet (which make a big difference compared to a lot of four and five star Hotels where you usually have to pay for and only get a very poor connection). If you do not speak a little bit of Chinese, it might be a little difficult, as only few people here can speak English, but very friendly staff.

Hard to find someone that speaks english
The Braim Seasons Hotel is located in a busy area of Hangzhou, but it is not noisy; between the hotel and the main road there is a little river and some trees so you do not feel that you are near a main road. It is only 10 minutes walk from the West Lake. The room is well equipped, with computer, digital TV, internet. (Not very easy to use, but once you know it is very good). The rooms are not very big but confortable!

2. 10-questions ask, 9-negative answer.

4. Location not strategic enough.
Frankly speaking, I think the Braim Seasons Hotel (Hangzhou) doesn't correlate it's service with the charges. Service attitude-bad. Ask to change room to a single room,replied:Check back with Agoda. Tried to get more info., but unable to provide. If have chance, won't go back also!
