The hotel located near the West Lake but a bit far away from the busiest commercial area. This is a newly decorated, stylish hotel. However the facilities in the hotel and inside the room are just acceptable. Only local TV programmes on TV, small bathroom with shower cabinet, no good view of West Lake as blocked by trees. Overall, if the price is acceptable, good try for it.

Very good location and service.But the room was too small for a family.The WIFI was not good for use,but luckly Hangzhou provide free wifi in the travel area.The Front Office was helpful.But the room they gave me was not that good, because the view was too terrible for the traveller!!
The lobby was beautiful and smell was good too.
Hskp clerk was very efficient.

We had checked in for 1 nite stay in this hotel after my friends in shanghai had recommended this hotel plus all the reviews i had read at Agoda.Well its really not a disappointing decision as this hotel should be classified as boutique hotel with modern interior in the hotel & room. The see thru glass partition between the bedroom & bathroom was fantastic. Although the room size was a little smaller than we expected but everything went fine.
The location was great and its just a 5mins walk to the opposite to reach the famous XI HU (west lake)& also the stretch of some good restuarants along the way. The hotel is not far from the railway station & cost abt less than RMB15/-.
Overall this is a value for money hotel that i would strongly recommend to friends for their visit to Hangzhou & definitely i will stay in this hotel again for my next visit to hangzhou.

I would definitely use this hotel again and certainly recommend it to friends.
The first night the air-conditioning was stuck on a slightly lower setting and the engineer arrived to fix it. It was still bearable but by day 2 it was rectified and we adjusted it to a much warmer setting! Thank you!
A live fish in a bowl to talk with in the room... Strange but cute!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
West Lake: It was a very short walk away. Lovely lake - beautiful scenery. Perfection!

Good location but small room

the location of hotel is convenient offering easy access to west lake, shopping malls and so on.
the hotel is living up to the name of a boutique hotel with contemporary design. the room is small. there is no hanging in bathroom. when we checked in, we found the toilet is dirty. we need to call up the front desk to send someone to clean it up. they were helpful to do so. but, it's a disappointed experience to us. and, we have second thought to consider visiting again.

Nice Ambience within the Hotel and Room. Very similar to W Hotel !

This hotel is located at the fringe of the famous Westlake in Hangzhou. It is not very obvious from the main road but taxi drivers are familar with this hotel.
This hotel is suitable more for honeymooners and young couples with a budget.
However found the wifi connection rather weak in the room. Needed to go to lobby for wifi instead.

When we arrived, their staff is helping us with our luggagges which we didn't get from other 4 stars hotel while we staying in China. The staffs is very nice and can speak english. Room is small but very nice and cozy. Hotel location is near west lake (walking distance). At night you can also walk to the night market nearby (10 minutes walk).
