Smelled of artificial oranges, loud and impersonal

Lights would come on with the fluctuation of air conditioner. I was awakened numerous times by full light. Too much going on electronically caused malfunction . No soap in rooms. Bikes for rental in poor condion. The chain came off several times causing me to be late to my train and I had to pay foe nod fare. They did not seemed trul concerned.. I would never stay there again. I had phone call awakening me during an afternoon nap. The staff does not know English.

Nice hotel! The hotel has great location, it is near by West Lake and Wusan plaza. Bus stops are 1 min by walk.

this is a nice boutique hotel seeking to be a w hotel, with a great location across from the park where the lake is. beware: no swimming pool, despite agoda's designation. the hotel does have cheap bike rental (5 rmb/ whole day). love having a fish in the room and the music that plays every time you enter. level of spoken english is low, so patience (or chinese) is required with staff.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Rent bikes and cycle around the lake. Also a Dragonfly spa is part of the property, though try to request someone with experience, as quality varies.

this hotel is located on the beautiful nan shan road and it's right next the the west lake. it's very enjoyable walking from the hotel to the west lake. the rooms are quite small but very clean. we were in the non smoking rooms and there is no smell of cigarette at all, unlike some hotels in china, which you could smell the smoke in the rooms even they're non smoking rooms. highly recommended for non smokers to stay in these non smoking rooms. there is a restaurant in the hotel, but we hadn't seen it opened at all. the staffs are very friendly and helpful too.

Very nice hotel and close to the nice westlake in hangzhou. The hotel has nice features such as Ipod radios and the rooms are big and clean. The staff at the hotel is very helpful and speak english. You can also rent bikes with good conditions.

Stayed 4 nights in the hotel during summer. Very convenient location, good traffic network, good eating places near around, and of course the nearby famous sight seeing points @ West Lake. The room deco is stylish and neat. It's good that music will start to play whenever you enter your room, esp.when you hv finished a tired day tour outside.Room space is acceptable, neat and tidy. But the room first assigned to me had no refrigerator! It seemed it was moved away or repair. Then there was trouble of the desk light after changed with another room, and they settled it by replacing another one to me after my two times' complaint. I think they can do better in checking all are in order before assigning the room to guest. Anyway, the room that my friend couple stayed was fine. Just liked other mentioned, there was space for improvement in cleaniness, esp. in the floor corridor. However, price is fair enough for such service.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Be careful to use the iron. It seemed they never cleaned it up and my clothes was torn.

the location of this hotel was absolutely brilliant, the west lake was just around the corner and there were some lovely bars and restaurants very close to the hotel too. the staff were also lovely except we found the english was very limited.
each day the cleaners also left a chocolate on our bed (sold the hotel for me!) the rooms aren't massive, but they're comfortable for a short getaway.
we could not find a safe in our room!

Great thanks to the staff who made us feel welcomed and went all out to make our stay enjoyable. Simply love our room. The music and the lighting can be customised and there's even a little fish. Wish we had stayed longer.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Can walk to the nearby West Lake and Hefang Jie. There's a nice French bakery along the street too.
