Nice place, quiet area and by walking distance to West Lake. Hotel room is clean, acceptable level. Hotel room too small. Difficult to call cab. for the standard room rate,I feel is expensive.For that kind of small room, should not more then Night. Hotel location is quiet, peace of mind staying there. Cleanliness of the hotel is acceptable. Hotel staffs are polite. Basic facilities of the hotel are given. Good of experience to stay there. By walking distance can find their "kampong style" restaurant, have one convenience store open till 11pm. The hotel is special, it look like the Chinese kampong style". But the standard room too small regret to say.

Checked in real early, 7am. No extra charge. Thats a good thing. Luckily I had the hotel number where I could pass the phone on to taxi driver to get the address in Chinese. Greeted by personnel that felt like security, so felt safe and secure. They have very nice bathroom, but like most hotels, the drainage was poor. I didnt like the fact that there was an extra charge for internet access. I mean why bother, who spend most of their time using internet on thier holidays. They should get with the times and provide free internet. Apart from that, everything is good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Theres rental bikes in the area, although its a fair walk from the hotel. Good to get bikes.

Quiet and near to West Lake. Too far from the city centre and slightly too remote. Flower Inn is a unique budget hotel. It is situated near the far end of the West Lake and away from the city centre and in the middle of the residential area. The hotel makes an excellent place for people who need to rejuvenate themselves- quiet and slow-paced. However, it may be deemed as a not-too-exciting place as it is relatively far from the city centre.

aucun accueil en anglais nous voulions etre avec les chinois et non dans un hotel aseptisé; c'est reussi avec cet hotel qui se trouve dans un environnement tres chinois mais calme, petites rues vivantes, proche du lac. le confort des chambres est moyen, les lits confortables mais les salles de bains sont moyennes, propres mais pas soignees. pas d'accueil car personne ne parle anglais!

Free movies and series to watch on TV.
Good place if you enjoy quiet morning walks next to a scenic spot.
Friendly service from staff and neighbors staying next to the hotel. Far away from main bustling area.
Need to take a cab if you need to go shopping, and that can be a hassle.
Rooms can be a little small, but adequate for a 2-person stay.
There's no lift, so if you have heavy luggage, ask for a downstairs room if they have it. Travel tip : If you ever need to get anything late at night, there's a convenience store right next door that opens till 11pm. The rest of the shops in the city closes by 9.15pm.

The hotel is clean and situated at quiet area. If possible, room rate should include breakfast. My friend and I love this hotel so much. The hotel room is so clean. We like the hotel location because it situated in quiet area. It is not hard to find the hotel location, as long as you have the detailed map on hand. Even though we reached the hotel so late, nearly 12am midnight, but the hotel staff was still there assisting us. Thanks to Agoda to pass our message to the hotel and their arrangement.
