Chinese restaurant is not good. Food is fair qulity only.
Hotel car transfer service male staff tried lying us buy telling taxi will not come in 30mins and would like to sell his service at 300RMB while taxi to airport just take 80RMB

Size of room and bath room very small
This is second time I stayed in this hotel because its location is good,very near to West Lake, and market. Very convenient to move in the city from here.
Rooms are clean and neat but too small, only one person can stay in one room. However all facilities available. Revolving restaurant on top floor is nice, where one can have good view of west lake. This time Iam lucky to see full sun eclipse.
