This hotel is located in the city's bustling commercial and financial center, within a few minutes stroll to the scenic West Lake. It's a distance of 25 kilometers to the airport and merely two kilometers to the railway station. For further convenience, the hotel provides an airport shuttle bus which conveniently stops in front of the entrance. Many of the city's top attractions are easily accessible, including Wushan Night Market, West Lake Walking Street, Nanshan Road Bar Street and Hefang Antique Shop Street. This five-star hotel features 380 guest rooms, coming in different layouts and styles. Each room offers free Internet access for all guests. The Osmanthus Palace, a spacious multifunction banquet room is most ideal for international conferences and weddings. As for dining, on-site restaurants provide a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. A fitness center, swimming pool and table tennis are among some of the recreational facilities offered.

The hotel was lovely - great location, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. The decor of the rooms were appropriate and welcoming. I checked-in quite late and felt welcomed by the turn down service - I was ready to jump straight into bed!

The room rate could have included breakfast.

The hotel was warm and welcoming and allowed me to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The location of the hotel allowed me to walk to the West Lake and back to the hotel quite easily. Catching a taxi to the train station was also easy as the hotel is located on a main road. The staff were accommodating and ensured that I had a non-smoking room as requested. I would stay again at the Grand Metro Park when I return to Hangzhou.

Restaurant Tip : Starbucks is down the end of the main road outside the front of the hotel! Good for a quick cup of coffee while walking around the lake!
