因為先住了兩天商務房才轉到基本房。落差很大！
基本房感覺家具老舊，床又硬，只是一般的彈簧床(躺著可感覺到彈簧)，雖是基本房，但五星的飯店不該出現這種差的床。

飯店附近有夜市可逛哦！

近西湖,交通方便。訂了三間普通標準房,衛生間很差,房間小,走廊陳舊。五星酒店實在不應是這樣。失望!幸好服務生態度不錯。

位置好，可以走路约15分钟到西湖音乐喷泉处，房间设施完备，服务态度好，门口就有个订火车票的服务点，很方便，门口有个早餐店，吃饭很方便。 机场大巴直接停酒店门口。
