Ok hotel located at the pedestrian walkways

though i booked for the deluxe twins, it seems like not much of a diff from standard twins. the rooms are vy dusty and the toiletries provided are not enough, so its better that you bring your own hair and body shampoo. this hotel is located quite near to the train station and about 15-20 mins walk to the westlake and about 30 mins by taxi to the airport (provided no jam). the only best thing about this hotel is that it is located at the pedestrian street. i can see that the securities in this hotel is not tight at all.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Nothing much to see in Westlake but the night life in the pedestrian street is nice with lots of traditional foods and drinks and souveniers shops and things to see.

Fantastic location, small rooms

Being aware that the rooms are known to be very small, we chose the 'deluxe king' room hoping for a bit of extra space. Well, the room was still very small, actually no extra space whatsoever. It's hard to image how the room could be even smaller... But we had a real window with an ok view. The room was clean, but even though the bathroom seemed to be new it was already a bit worn out. The AC worked very well.
Note: Yes, there is a 'glass wall' between the bathroom and the bed, but there is a curtain that can be used to get privacy!
The location is great. Its pedestrian only in front of the hotel and in the entire area, so its really nice if you travel with children. The night market is more or less around the corner, which is a really nice place to go to. You can actually walk to the Westlake, but it might take about 20mins.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a Thai restaurant down the pedestrian road. The green curry is real good!

Small rooms

The staffs is friendly and helpful. We booked local tour 1 day package to ZhouZhuang through hotel at RMB 180 per person, it's worth it., can book the beautiful impression of westlake ticket (YinXiang Xihu) from hotel too. The room we got has cigarett smell and the staff got a air refresher to help us. The carpet smells mouldy. The room is small.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
HerFang street is very nearby, it's very unique cultural street.

Good position but small and not very clean room
Not very far from the West Lake

the hotel is located along a nice pedestrian street. the west lake is 15/20 min walking distance. the staff doesn’t speak english but if you speak a bit of chinese you’ll be fine. we had a double room, building b, the room was pretty tiny and the carpet was dirty; the bathroom was quite clean but there is just a glass window between the room and the bathroom (not very comfortable if you want privacy)
