middle of no where!
The hotel is so new that everything is still immaculate. There is a huge amount of staff all still in training. the ammenities were true 5 star

It got off to a bad start when the cab driver, airport information and anywhere we went - didn't know where the hotel was. After driving around for an hour and a half and paying $50 to the cab driver - I finally got there.
It was truley in the middle of no where. Once it was surrounded by a thick white fog it felt like an island in the sky. Added to that was the bizzare sense of being the only guest in a new 1000 room luxury hotel.
The massive staff couldn't help me do even the simplest thing. The concierge had to call twice to get a cab that took 20 minutes to find the place. They couldn't write down instructions on where to go to the train station (I had to get to Pudong international airport in Shanghai that day). They ended up putting me in a taxi to the airport ($260) and a 3 hour drive. Almost no English and what little there was couldn't communicate any information or provide me with a map or anything. They were concerned that they couldn't help but just didn't have the resource to help foreign customers. Why have a sign 'Concierge' and literally 8 staff members there and not be able to do the simplest thing????

Je suis vraiment très déçue avec cette hôtel,personne parle anglais, même pas le stricte minimum, le petit déjeuner est vraiment horrible,typiquement chinois.
Attention ci vous devez prendre un taxi, ne demandé jamais a la réception un taxi, puisque il vous taxe 50 RMB, il vau mieux de sortir de l’hôtel et en chercher un vous même.
Pour tout vous dire ce n'est pas du tout un hôtel a conseiller, ni pour les personne d'affaires et nom plus pour passer des vacances.

景色が良く、湖もあるし、塔もあります。部屋も大きくきれい、非常によいhotelとおもいます。しかし、唯一の欠点は杭州市内から遠い、タクシーでも30分くらいになります。
