Old and noisy hotel

Hotel is near the MTR station. The room is very small and old. Not much lighting. Noisy room. The staff are not very helpful. I was asked the information for the west lake, the staff only mention they have car tour. I didn't take the tour and they are not willing to provide more sight seeing information. Overall not recommend hotel. Don't go!

We had a great stay. Highlight was the service. Due to noise levels the staff helped us to change rooms not just once but twice, to ensure we could get a good night's sleep.
