This hotel is not near the westlake but it is next to Wart Mart shopping centre with all groceries.
They also got a great SPA.

The hotel is well located if you need to work in the north part of Hangzhou. The personnel is nice and the rooms are comfortable. For tourists, it needs 30 min of taxi (30-40rmb) to drive to Western lake.
