Good buffet (but expensive) Hotel is run down and very noisy. You can hear the people talking loud next room. Not recommended for holiday maker. Hotel is very old and run down, furnitures are old. Consider the price I paid, I can get a better hotel else way. The staffs are not friendly, the restaurant serves good dinner buffer but at a rediculous high price. If you have a budget concern, don't stay there and don't even consider to have dinner there! is just too expensive. Also, location is not any close to the West Lake! Overall, it is not value for money.

Good service, helpful, good management. Bad location, difficult to get taxi during peak hours even beside main road. Service good, especially front desk service. They tried in many ways even tried to call Agoda Bangkok for booking reference. (No booking record in the PC), you can apply for late check out (up to 2pm) by showing them members card (easy to apply).
This hotel is about 8 years old, so some of the rooms were very old...Location not so good for vacation purposes. Taxi was difficult get especially during peak hours (lunch hour & 4 to 6pm).

Swimming facility was very good. It is big enough and well managed. Namely I feel comfortable and secured in terms of shower, locker room, swimming pool dimension, site floor, and monitoring. Also business center was so helpful that we could re-arrange return flight and other transportation. It was quick and accurate. Japanese restaurant need to improve taste which deserves price. I was happy to review as below: reception had welcome attitude, lobby was so comfortable that I could spend several times during my stay, floors in general OK, hotel room 9F provided godd view outside and practical bathroom, buffet restaurant had good assortment of food(satisfied), gym and swimming facility were nice for me, business ceter was so helpful. Throughout hotel arrangement, very good. Thank you.
Shopping Tip : TESCO is located one block ahead.

Room is neat and clean. Nice to have a swimming pool with this price. Facility is a little old, swimming pool is too small to have more than five people swimming together. I spent five nights with my wife. The hotel room is very big and clean. Bed is comfortable. You can also find every thing you need in the room like electric iron, umbrella, etc. The swimming pool is also good. But there is a problem with sound insulation, I can here noise from my neighbors room. In one word, I got what I paid!
Restaurant Tip : Hangzhou Restaurant is near this hotel. They provide very nice Hangzhou food.

We only stayed there for one night thus didn't have opportunity to explore by local public transport. However travel by taxi is reasonable and convenient.
