central location, next airport bus terminal within 5 minutes' walk
good value for money.
the attitude of one waiter in the restaurant but that is only the problem of an individual. otherwise the service is good.
clean, tidy, free broad band internet, the front desk staff is helpful, accept credit card easily without hassles. Main hotel blocks are away from the main road, therefore quiet even in the city centre. I shall come back again if I ever travel to Hangzhou.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : just 15 minutes' walk to West Lake (Xiwu), the most famous scenic spot in Hangzhou.
