Very Basic 2-Star Hotel not up to IBIS Standard
Loacation was good, but the toilet was really small. Towels were thin and worn out. Paper cups were provided instead of normal cups. A real budget hotel that should only be rated 2-star and not a 3-star as shown on the Agoda hotel listing.

Best Value Hotel for Muslim Tourist
Located near to the Phoenix Mosque and halal restaurants. Easy accessible to West Lake and all those touristic areas. The room, despite its size, is clean and daily cleaned. Would be better if the hotel staffs be trained to speak English. Just a bit will do.

Decent budget hotel with great location
Located in centrally located pedestrian street with lots of festivities and shops. Walking distance to metro. Long walk through pedestrian streets to lake. Aging but clean hotel, as expected for the price.

Fine place for young back packers.
Location, cheap price, nice staff
Takes only 5 minutes from Ding'anlu metro station(line 1). The hotel is in the middle of Nansongyujie(南宋御街,the pedestrian street of the emperors' of Song Dinasty) so you can take a nice walk. Near the old downtown tourists spots like Hefangjie(河坊街), the west lake(西湖) and etc. Takes 15 minutes from Hangzhou railway station on foot(just one metro station away) and 20 minutes to Hangzhou east railway station by metro. The bathroom was quite clean and lager than I expected. But wi-fi signal was not very strong in the room. The receptionists barely speak english, but they try to use translator and dictionary apps as far as possible so check in and out processes were quite fine(A lot of chinese staff that I met before kept speaking chinese even after I said I don't speak chinese at all.)
