Clean,bright room, great central location
Cleanliness, good service from staff, breakfast available in the hotel

We have limited Chinese language skills and the staff were very helpful in purchasing our train tickets for us and helping with other logistical issues. The cleanliness of the room and condition of the building was the best we've seen at this chain. Location is good, central for walking to the lake, shopping and finding good restaurants. Only thing we've found troublesome with this chain is the wifi is inconsistent.

Shopping is easy from this hotel location.

Great location, worth for money
Close to heritage site and tourist hot spot

Clean room. Reception service slightly slow as they maybe too busy dealing with customers in queue. Satisfactory stay. Walking distance to heritage site and tourist hot spot.
Travel tip:
It is not easy to travel by bus in Hangzhou as the bus route maybe confusing for foreigners.

Nice Hotel, good location,
location is good but a little hard to find

The hotel is located next to the Super 8 Hotel and a little hard to find. From the Hotel you can reach Westlake within 10 min walk, there is some kind of ''old village''in this area. At night you can look for souvenirs, speacial tea ceremonys and enjoy the fassades (a little touristic though).
I felt like the only foreigner there and not all of the staff speaks english, but they try hard to help you with your questions.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Westlake is really worth it, take a bike for surrounding it. you get the cards at every Informationstall and touristic center, just ask in the hotel for the next one. Or on the street next to the bike station are these little informationstands, there you can get them as well.
the Pagoda has a beautiful view over the lake and even elevator and escalator up the hill. really funny.
