The hotel staff, all of them, were very friendly and helpfull. Twice a day new towels. Nice european style breakfast.

The pc's in the bussiness centre were much too expensive.

I stayed in the Lily Hotel in august 2008. I really enjoyed my stay there. The helpfull staff, the nice breakfast made me feel good. The bell boys, cleaning ladies, laundry ladies all were very friendly. Also the hotel is quite close to the West Lake, it's just a 5 minute walk. The only thing I didnt like was the bussiness centre: 25 rmb for 30 minutes internet is much too expensive.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You really must visit the West Lake in the evening. It's a great place for an evening walk
