How near it was to the lake!and right in the town center where it is near shopping malls. How old the room felt. There is really no luxurious feel to it . This is the first time my family and I headed down to stay in Hangzhou,we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel is so near to the west lake.We managed to have dinner and then walk over to watch the musical fountain leisurely.There was no need for any taxi's or headache finding our way there.Barely at 10 minute walk! The other thing I liked was how central it seems and there was a huge shopping mall located within a 10 minute walking distance.However the hotel was not really very modern and had a musty old feeling to it.

location, quality, size of rooms This was my first time in china. I really i was surprise of the quality of the room. The only thing i booked view room and what i get very poor view to the city. You will find a nice message shop walking distant from the hotel. I recommend the hotel if you like to be in the middle of town otherwise get a hotel next to the beautiful lake.

Big clean nice...friendly staff, good location One of the best hotel that I have stayed. Clean, big, neat, updated. Very comfortable bed with separate bathtub and shower. I would highly recommend this. The location is superb conveient to be able to walk to the lake and also great eatries. THere is also night market nearby the hotel. Safe and convenient. Internet connection is also superb. The only thing is that there is no driveway, so for supplier or customers to pick you (business), it might be a little inconvenient for them.
