the service is not very good and rooms are small. i am not recommending this hotel to anyone unless you attend fair/exhibitin next door. The staff are not very helpful and the overall impression is very plain.

This hotel is okay for a holiday but not business. The staff cannot speak English very well and it is hard to communicate your needs. The hotel is a little tired and not as clean or luxurious as some Asian hotels. The gym and spa are in another building. The do serve an international lunch for those who are tired of Asian food.
Travel tip : Location convenient but service and decor could be better for a 5 star hotel. Does have a nice view of the hills.
