comfortable & clean enviroment

Unfriendly Receptionist

good location but the unfriendly hotel staff made me feel very dissapointed to this hotel. we need to carry our own laggages to our room and they're not helpful at all. the room is clean and comfortable to stay but it's far away from xi hu. it take bout 40 mins from airport to hotel and the taxi fare is bout RMB 120. (No worry coz what we learned from this trip is all taxi drivers from Hangzhou are very helpful.)

Good location and nice room with well room facilities.

Shower area is glassed-in type which is too exposed, room is slightly small.

I can surely say that this is a very nice and good location hotel, nearby have lot of dining places and KFC is also few foot step away. Shopping departmental stores is within walking distance. Bell boy services is excellence. Front desk receptionist need to improve their manner to guest. Bathroom need to be more enshroud. Overall this is still a very good hotel.

Shopping Tip : KFC restaurant, shopping malls, Westlake is all nearby.

Room was clean & also the bathroom. They also provided PC with internet access in the room. Foot massage was very good and value for money.

Location was not too strategic

Overall, the hotel condition was good, the room & bathroom was very clean with modern furniture, flat TV, and PC. However, hotel location was quite far from west lake, we have to take a bus or taxi to go there. Moreover, when we visited Hangzhou at the same time with their National Independence Day, where millions of people were moving. That's way, Hangzhou as a tourist city was very pack with people from all over China and it's very difficult to find a bus or taxi at that time. But finally, we decided to pay for a foot massage at the hotel, and it's very good & value for money too.

Hotel Feature Tip : Foot massage at the hotel was very good, recommended to try!
