Front desk reception needs to improve on their hospitality The room is small. Location to xi hu is not so near as they claim online. The front desk personel is not friendly. They only have buffet breakfast, and they are not flexible to allow guests to have ala carte. It is hard to get a cab out from the hotel, as the front door of the hotel is a bicycle track.

| 去杭州這麼多次.第1次住到最滿意的飯店.冷熱空調都有.浴室很棒.周遭區域剛好是鬧區.所以要去都很方便 |

離西湖只要3~5分鐘路程.飯店門口都有打的(計程車),也有公車,去哪都很方便 以這個價位.非常值得入住.如果要到杭州玩的洽公的.都非常適合.到西湖只要3~5分鐘路程.要吃的逛的附近都有.飯店對面還有小夜市.門口都有計程車或巴士.房間就跟照片一樣.空調好.浴室好.我下次去杭州一定會在入住!!
