For guests wanting a fresh aspect of the city, a walk to the top of Wushin Hill is more than worth the effort, with the view across the neighborhood to West Lake one of the best in town. Good location, good price, friendly staff. Room could have been better cleaned, breakfast needs improvement. The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to the train station as well as West lake and all the tourist spots. Also located right across from a shopping center with a variety of food options. Convenience stores, fast food and banks nearby with the bus stop located right out front. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, definitely unexpected in China! The only downsides were the cleanliness of the room which still had a match from the previous guest on the floor and the breakfast buffet. While the breakfast was included, it definitely needs improvement. Not a lot of choices and mostly Chinese.

The hotel in a good location near the to West lake by 20mins walk. Never expect its have free in-room online service, Room overall neat tidy and modern. The breakfast provided is good,The reception staff are helpful. Possible get more variety for the breakfast. Overall, i would be coming back to stay at Victory Regal hotel it match at 5 Star hotel has good customer services and rooms have reasonable size and clean.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Area with many nice shops and malls just opposite this hotel.

Free online sevices with lab top provided Reception staff should actively serve the customers to check-in Really appreciated the free in-room online service with lab top provided, it is so considerable. The breakfast provided is good, but the hygiene condition should be monitored. The hotel overall is tidy. The reception staff should take the initiation to serve the customers but not the customers to ask for help, always customer first.
