Free online sevices with lab top provided
Reception staff should actively serve the customers to check-in
Really appreciated the free in-room online service with lab top provided, it is so considerable. The breakfast provided is good, but the hygiene condition should be monitored. The hotel overall is tidy. The reception staff should take the initiation to serve the customers but not the customers to ask for help, always customer first.

Good location for the lake.
Friendly & helpful staff.
Too warm in the breakfast area.
Good hotel in a great location near the lake. Well appointed rooms with an interesting array of item required by any business man.
Room was clean though and there is a good TV system in the room.
Needs a little bit of work to match the standard of other 4/5 star hotels stayed in during our holiday.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Visit the plaza close to the hotel to see some good tai chi community dancing.
