This is a great hotel in the heart of Hangzhou. It's approximately 2 km from the West Lake and is surrounded by shopping plazas. The service is often and great, the room is always clean. The shower is awesome, the water is large and quick. Overall, this is a great hotel.

Too few staff are well conversed in English
The Hotel is a long way from the Xiaoshan airport(aproximately 1 hour)but located in the middle of Hangzhou Bussiness district.Prompt service. Not all the hotel staff are well versed in English , so u maybe need a good dictionary to well conversed with them. The hotel spa is quite good(Rambler Spa). Overall the hotel service is quite good. I can give the hotel about 4 stars...
Shopping Tip : The hotel is about 100 meter from the Famous Silk Market. U can just walk to the Silk Market.
