In a great position close to Hangzhou city center, this high-rise hotel is convenient to the West Lake and Wulin Square. The Zhijiang Hotel is located in the middle of hotel territory – Moganshan Road is known for being a ‘hotel street’ – but this doesn’t mean it has a bleak, concrete aspect – quite the opposite. In the surrounding gardens, visitors will find a nice lake by which to quietly sojourn, and a convenience store downstairs makes late night ramen a distinct possibility. Those who aren’t perturbed by long walks can reach West Lake in 40 minutes on foot – a pleasant journey, with plenty of places on the way to stop for a drink and a rest. As with most hotels in China, this one too has a karaoke lounge, in addition to a nightclub, massage parlor, sauna, and a fitness center.

The food & beverage department lies in the east of the main building. There are 6 dining rooms, 3 cook rooms that can hold 1100 people to have buffet dinners, 1400 people to have table dinners. Various meetings mainly for delegations can be held in the department. Different levels of dinner parties, buffet dinners and table dinners for delegations can be served and all sorts of small fried dishes and snacks with the flavors of the south of the Yangtze River as well. Meetings can be held in the meeting, dining hall on the second floor, with luxury decoration and high-quality services for the quests. It is a dinner party hall where VIPs are received. All kinds of cold dishes, seafood, local flavour dishes and Chinese and Western snacks are served by the cuisine on the first floor.

Located in the 1st floor, chiefly with the Westrn Style, has a simple, lucid and lively environment, where kinds of nourishing dinner are served.
Lingong Dining Hall
Also called as Honglou Hall. With one of the four modt famous Chinese Works "A dream red mansions" as the theme, contains 5 boxes separately with the names of the characters and garden in the book, full of elegance and features. It is the right place for dinner parties.
Multifunctional hall
Kinds of buffets of meeting dinner parties, cocktail parties and wedding parties are served in the multifunctional hall on the 1st floor.

There are two meeting places in the hotel; one is on the 27th floor of the main building with luxury reception hall and multi functional hall. Each floor is equipped with a small meeting room for 30 people (19 meeting rooms in all). The other is in the connected building, South of the main building. It is a 3 story auxiliary building, connected with the main building by a joint corridor. There are 11 meeting rooms namely 7 rooms with 50-80 seats, a medium-size room holding 150-200 people, a multi-functional hall holding 200 people, an international meeting hall able to seat 400 people and a big meeting room seating 600 people, with advanced equipment and multiple function and beautiful surroundings. The big and medium sized meeting rooms and the international meeting hall are separately equipped with rest rooms for guest. Large screen film can be shown in the big meeting room and besides, the big and medium sized rooms are also equipped with separate imported DVD and screen. The multifunction hall is a meeting hall used for display, demonstration, performance and meetings. With the complete facilities of the switch house and computer house the decoration of the meeting room is flexible for the purpose. The international meeting hall is well designed and equipped with the writing plate armrest and type of advance electronic audio-visual system such as sound-amplification digital meeting net and simultaneous interpretation system, large screen project and internet broadband access.
