very satisfaction of the hotel accommodation with polite and good points the front desk check in for extra 1 more night and they are hesitate to give you the rate of the difference like agoda rate between the walk rate will book more often with agoda with the special points and good hotel discount rates

The Hotel is located just in the city center, its easy to find busses every where we need to go.
The hotel itself is clean, a little bit old but everythings are in good conditions.
Brakfast is good, mainly Chinesse Porridge and some other rotisserie, and fruits.
Moreover this hotel is one of the airport shuttle bus pick up points, so it will bi easy to come and return from the Hotel to the Xiaosan Airport. Nothing dissatified on this hotel, in my suggestion I think the need is only to paint the hotel with more cheerfull color rather than a black grey image, the lighting can be improved for better eye catching for the new visitor. I experienced that this hotel easy to accsess especially from the Xiaosan Airport, that new comers to China came late at night.Which may confuse since mostly the sign are written in Chinesse.
But having this Hotel as one of the Bus Shuttle Pick up point, its make easier and feel safer to reach the city.
Zhongsan also near to the West lake, it can be reach by walking around 10 minutes or taking the Y8 bus at 2 Yuan cost to go to the famous Gao Yin Street, for food and attractions.
I recommend to stay in this Hotel for family vacation, bussiness short visit etc.
Hotel Feature Tip : Easy to find by said to the Shuttle Bus, that we need to to go the first stop of the shuttle just before the Wu Lin gate

hotel services not bad and agoda provide good points for redemption the front desk confused when i want to make extra 1 night on the 26/12/2009 and they hesitate to give me the hotel price rate the hotel provide good services and professional even though it was in hangzhou and agoda also provide the good rates for the hotel rooms so in future i will use more agoda to book more hotel rooms
