5-Nights Stay in Harbin
Centrally located - Sofia Church, Zhaolin Park and Zhongyang Pedestrian Street are nearby. A food court with good Chinese food is found next door. Compared to other Ibis Hotels in the world, this one's a bit run-down, but the basic comforts of an Ibis Hotel are provided. In the lobby area near reception, there is Travel Agency where we were able to book an afternoon/evening trip to Ice and Snow World for 300 yuan, and also an overnight trip/visit to China Snow Town. We just used an app translator to communicate with the travel agent.

Good Location and reasonable facilities
Good location for the ice festival (walking distance to one of the parks) Staff here aren't super friendly, and the facilities were basic, as much as you expect from the Ibis brand I guess.

Value for Money with Great Location
Location, Value for Money, Cleanliness
Great location, with nice and clean room. Located in the heart of everything. less than 10 minute walk to Shopping all and all Harbin Tourist Attractions. Staff can communicate in English (not very good but better than average Chinese). Food & Restaurant are located need by. Recommended.

Good location with good price
The hotel is within 10 minutes walk to Central Street and 5 minutes walk to St. Sophia Church. There is a big supermarket in the mall within the same building. Room is small but clean.

The worst & disappointing Ibis Hotel in the world !
While the location of the hotel is good, located 100 meter from Sofia Church (you must pay to enter), the hotel is located next to 2 upper class mall and the hotel is also adjacent to a food court (cheap & good), about 300 meter back of the hotel, there is a shopping street that you can find all kind of shops (clothing & souvenir), also fast food restaurants, at the end of this long street is the river, worth visiting. Okay that's the good thing, the bad things are : hotel is really small, prices are changing everyday , sometimes lower that the internet price, the staffs don't speak English at all, rather rude (cause the hotel seems to have more than 75% Chinese guests, so they are very busy & not hospitable), you must pay extra for everything such as pillow, even for matches and city map, this is the first time ever I pay for a city map (that even not printed by the Ibis), the hotel & the room seems run down, bit dirty & smelly, I was there during the winter, must be worst during summer, the shower is not consistent, hot & cold alternate, it is very bad when you want take a nice shower during cold Harbin winter, there is water leaking from the bathroom to the bed, ice literately leaking the room window, housekeeping cleaning the room very loud during the day & night (the wall is very thin). It seems there is taxi mafia located in the hotel lobby, disturbing us with offers of taxi ride or tour consistently and the hotel staffs just let them be. I have stayed in many Accor hotels through out the world, to be honest this is not their standard and successfully become the worst Ibis ever !
