With an interesting past that includes service as a hospital, a Soviet hostel and a Trans-Siberian Railway stopover, the Lungmen Hotel is now a classy place of stay for modern travelers looking for a comfortable bed. Rooms have been restored to their former grand state, with dark wood wainscoting, large windows and high ceilings, while furnishings are also faithful to the theme � especially evident in the dining room where an original phonograph still plays.
