Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Sofitel Jinan Silver Plaza Hotel Jinan Info
This Sofitel property has rooms which start on the 22nd floor, a revolving restaurant on the 49th floor, and a lounge very popular with locals. There is a large shopping plaza adjacent to the hotel. Since it opened in 2001 this hotel has offered guests free Internet access. The indoor swimming pool is quite large and the sauna and fitness center have modern equipment. Guests can enjoy Mediterranean specialties or great steaks, and obviously there is a good selection of Chinese dishes at the restaurants. One extremely unique characteristic is the wood-fried pizza restaurant on premises.
Children at the Sofitel
The Sofitel does not charge children under 12 years of age if they are staying in a room occupied by parents and using the existing bedding. This is limited to one child per family, however, and additional fees will be charged should parents require a rollaway bed or cot.
For children 3 years and below, breakfast is complimentary. For children between the ages of 3 and 12 breakfast is charged but at a special children’s rate, while those above 12 years of age are charged the same rate as an adult.

a lot of elevators.
They are pretty fast.
No room ro sit i the lobby. Even they are under renovation, there should be a few seats there.
The hotel should have their own shuttle bus to and from the airport and train station where there are too much hustlers who try to swindle your clients. Even if the hotel has to charge a fee to cover the cost, you should have that service.
A lot of taxis seemed not familiar with your hotel. Maybe the Chinese name has something to do with it.
Complimentary, simple, continental breakfast should be included to make a customer satisfy.

Nice panoramic view from the bar.
The reception clerk tried to rip us off! The rooms have not been renovated for some time.
When you arrive at the hotel you have paid about 90 Yuan for the transportation from the airport. It is about the same distance to Mt Tai Shan which we climbed the next day. To our surprise the hotel asked us to pay 1200 Yuan to have one of their driver taking us there! We were stunned and said no. The next morning as we came out of the hotel one of the hotel´s drivers asked if he could take us to Mt Tai Shan? We asked him how much it would be and he answered 280 Yuan. We took him up on the offer and decided never to stay at this hotel again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Climb Mt Tai Shan!
