Service Service Service This is, without doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in - ever. The front desk level of welcoe and service was surly and unhelpful at best. Everyone is treated as though they are the enemy plotting to rip off the hotel. The Sales Manager is absolutely hopelessly rude. The breakfast was reheated leftover and inedifbled. The only thing worjth eating was the watermelon.
The staff were rude - morose and generally very unhappy with their lot - which they took out of the guests.
Restaurant Tip : Ma Ma Fu's is nearby and offer edible food and more friendly service.

The staff organization; Restoration No specific asez for city tours. The reception speaks English, friendly, always available, their booking office for transport and exchange are effective, the hotel is well located, quiet, clean, breakfast is copious and varied, the self allows for dinner if we pas.Le comes out is the same change to the bank. chine.en of final warm
