walking distance to Green Lake
The room is quite small but the location is good. Quite close to shops & small restr. Walking distance to the Green Lake & Yuan Tung Temple is the main reason for us to stay there. The b'fast is under our expectations but the hotel staffs are quite helpful. Took us a long time to get a cab in front of the hotel.

Friendly and very helpful, eventhough can't speak english so well, easy walk to the park, not far from shopping center ( 5 mins by taxi), and good breakfast.
room quite small for supeier
it's my first time to kunming and i stayed this hotel because is near by the park, i went there a couple of days, it was a good hotel very friendly and very helpfull staff, breakfast is good also there're not far from the shoping center it's take 5 mintue to get to are and appox 15 minute from airport

Location near Green Lake, easy to find. Helpful business center.
Limited English, rooms not special but are adequate
The location is not too far from Green Lake. The rooms and breakfast were adequate, but nothing special. I found it a big expensive for what we received. There is a fabulous tea shop very close to the hotel. Across the street and on the left as you exit the hotel. Make sure to go to the back and sit at the table for a while to sample as many teas as you would like. The young woman who works in the shop is especially nice. The address in Chinese is: 陈建英 翠湖南路71-73号 I believe the name is Puerh Tea House (my spelling of Puerh is probably not accurate, but close) Several months later, the teas we purchased are still excellent.
